European Delivery Options
Customs fees/Import duties - Our EU customers should not be asked to pay any fees by the courier. In the unlikely event that you are asked to pay fees, you should pay them and then email us a screenshot or photo of the receipt or invoice. We will then issue a refund for the full amount of the customs/import fees. Please note that we must receive the screenshot or photo and any invoice from you within 30 days of the delivery date.
